Two Indian movies -- Mani Ratnam's Raavan and the 1970s blockbuster Sholay -- have been featured in the 23nd Tokyo International Film Festival, currently on in the Japanese capital.
While Raavan is in the 'Winds of Asia-Middle East: Film Panorama of Asia-Middle East' section, Sholay finds a place in the 'Winds of Asia-Middle East: Discovering Asian Cinema' category.
In the areaway of the 66 Plaza screening hall, big posters of Raavan have been put up.
The festival began this weekend with 15 movies competing for the top Tokyo Sakura Grand Prix in the nine-day event.
David Fincher's The Social Network opened the festival while the closing movie is The Town.
