The shoot of Sonakshi Sinha-Arjun Kapoor starrer Tevar was to start in the Capital this month.

However, actor-politician Raj Babbar, who plays a prominent role in the film, requested the unit to reschedule the shoot to May, after elections.

A source says, “We had planned to shoot in Delhi in the first week of April and had shortlisted locations such as St Stephen’s College and other places around Delhi University. But Raj Babbar wanted the schedule to be pushed to next month, so the dates are being worked out now.”

Babbar is a Congress candidate from Ghaziabad constituency on a Congress ticket.
