Actor Ranbir Kapoor is all set to revive his grandfather, late Raj Kapoor's production banner. Buzz is that the actor has already started working on his plans, reports Mid-Day.
“Ranbir was recently approached by director Sriram Raghavan with a script. After listening to it, Ranbir felt this could be just the right film for the banner. He has sought help from dad Rishi Kapoor to supervise the script and to make sure that it turns out to be a commercial film. Rishi will eventually be producing the film," a source told Mid-Day.
The last film under R K banner was Aa Ab Laut Chalein, starring Aishwarya Rai and Akshaye Khanna.

Pooja Bhatt wants Ranbir, Alia for next
Actress-turned-director Pooja Bhatt is keen to remake her own film Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahi with sister Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.
The 1991 film Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahi was directed by Mahesh Bhatt and featured Pooja Bhatt and Aamir Khan in the lead.
"I would love to remake Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi with Alia and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. I think if there is anyone who could take my place in that film, then it is Alia. And as far as Aamir's character is concerned I think Ranbir is the best choice," Pooja told PTI.
"I am dreaming about this. It is my dream to cast them," she said.
In Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahi, Pooja played the role of a daughter of a rich shipping tycoon – Anupam Kher, while Aamir Khan played a reporter.
