Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is known for his outspoken and eccentric demeanour. However, a source close to the actor says that he prefers to remain silent on the sets of his next, film-maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani. He plays the role of Peshwa Baji Rao I in the film.

“Since his character is intense, Ranveer keeps a low profile on the sets. Even when he is not facing the camera, he works on his dialogue, and prepares for his scenes. He does that because he wants to stay in character,” says the source.

Apparently, besides staying silent, the actor also uses sign language. “He communicates with his staff using sign language on the sets. His team is surprisedto see him so quiet,” says the source.
