Ranveer Singh’s commitment towards his upcoming film, Ram Leela, seems to be ceaseless. Even after wrapping up the shooting schedule, the actor has been frequently meeting Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the director of the film. Ranveer is taking keen interest in the post-production process.

“This is the first time that Ranveer is actively involved in the post-production of a film. He has been visiting Bhansali’s office in Juhu quite regularly, and has been discussing a lot of things with him,” says a source close to the actor.

The insider adds,“He has been sitting with Bhansali during the edits of the movie as well. Since they have spent a lot of time together during the shoot, the two have bonded really well. They shot the movie for over 100 days, which is quite a lot of time to get to know someone,” the source adds.

Ram Leela, which is slated to release in November, will see Ranveer and Deepika Padukone together for the first time. The film is a period drama, supposedly a take on William Shakespeare’s love story, Romeo And Juliet, and is set in Gujarat.

The film also features an item song, which has been picturised on Priyanka Chopra.
