National Award-winning director Tigmanshu Dhulia is leaving no stone unturned for his upcoming film, Bullett Raja, starring Saif Ali Khan and Sonakshi Sinha. The film, which is an action-drama, is set in Lucknow and will see Saif in a brand new avatar.
His look, as seen in the promos, is that of a gangster from Uttar Pradesh. And now we’ve been informed that Tigmanshu, who hails from UP, has personally taught Saif the local dialect since it was essential for the actor to get the correct accent. A source close to the production house reveals, “Tigmanshu ensured that Saif spoke with a lot of locals to understand the language better. Since they share a great rapport, it was easy for Saif to learn with Tigmanshu’s involvement. Saif is a fast learner, so he picked up the nuances quickly.”
On being asked about the same, Tigmanshu says, “Saif is a very proactive actor and he keenly participated in the learning process. He is truly a director’s actor, and he diligently listened to what I had to say.”
