While the friendship of SRK-KJO hits rock bottom, it's good news for another Bollywood star. Seems like Karan Johar has now set his eyes on Salman Khan.

Though King Khan has reigned as the hero on most of Johar's films, Salman Khan had only a guest appearance and that too way back in 1998 in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, wherein he played secon fiddle to SRK. But now it seems like the director has approached Sallu for his next project.

According to a source, "After Kurbaan, Rensil is directing a fantasy-action caper on the lines of Ocean's Eleven. When Karan Johar heard the script, he absolutely fell in love with it. Both Karan and Rensil felt Salman was perfect for the main part," reports Mumbai Mirror.

JoharAfter 13 years this is the first time that Johar has considered Salman for a lead. Apparently, all this started when KJO asked Salman to appear on Koffee With Karan and the actor agreed on the condition that Johar donates to his charity Being human. While KJO denied paying him, he asked Sallu to be a part of his next directorial venture.

With his latest venture Student Of The Year starring Varun Dhawan, Johar is all up for experimenting with new faces for his films.

We wonder what Johar's 'friend' SRK, has to say about this.
