No matter how busy he is, Salman Khan always manages to make time for his family. So it comes as no surprise that the doting uncle was all set to take his nephews for a vacation to Romania this week.
However, when the actor found out that the kids' schools were reopening on Monday (November 18), he decided to cancel their trip as he didn’t want their studies to suffer.
The children — brother Arbaaz Khan’s son Arhaan, sister Alvira Agnihotri’s son Ayaan and brother Sohail Khan’s son Nirvaan — were planning to accompany Salman to Romania, where he is scheduled to shoot the last song of his upcoming movie, Jai Ho.
"Till earlier this week, it looked like the kids would accompany him. But when Salman got to know that their schools reopen now, he dropped the idea. He doesn’t want them to miss school," says an industry insider.
The actor and his brother-director Sohail left for Romania on November 16. While Salman couldn’t be reached for a comment, Ayaan’s father and film-maker Atul Agnihotri confirms the news, saying, "Their (the kids’) schools are open now, so they couldn’t have missed classes."
After wrapping up the song, the actor will start shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick in Karjat.
