His brother Arbaaz Khan’s character from the hit entertainer Dabangg was called Makkhi and reports now claim that Salman Khan may star in the sequel to SS Rajamouli’s surprise hit Makkhi.
DNA quoted SS Rajamouli’s father, writer Vijayendra Prasad as saying that he plans to make a sequel of Eega, a Tamil film that was dubbed and released in Hindi as Makkhi. Vijayendra further said that Salman had expressed interest in being a part of the sequel. His earlier collaboration with the Bollywood star was Bajrangi Bhaijaan where he wrote the story for the movie directed by Kabir Khan.

Vijayendra was talking to students of a film institute in Chennai. He also said that Spielberg’s ET inspired Makkhi’s story idea. Meanwhile, Salman is busy shooting for his next, Sultan, opposite Anushka Sharma.
