Actor Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film with filmmaker Siddharth Anand is in trouble, even before the project takes off. Sanjay had reportedly started preparing for his role by training in a special martial arts form but the makers still haven’t managed to get a female lead in place. After things with Athiya Shetty haven’t worked out, Kriti Sanon has been approached.

A daily quoted a source as saying, “While Siddharth is keen to rope in Kriti Sanon, she has not shown much interest. Siddharth had promised the producers that he would get Kriti on board a couple of months ago, but he has not been able to deliver. Now the producers are getting impatient with the shooting date approaching and putting pressure on him while he’s hunting for another heroine in place of Kriti.” Last heard, Kriti had finally met Siddharth but nothing has been finalised yet.
