Over the years, many Shah Rukh Khan-starrers have featured sequences shot in and around trains.

Be it Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Dil Se… (1998) or even the recent RA.One (2011) and Chennai Express (2013) — they all have had train scenes.

Now, a source has informed us that Shah Rukh’s forthcoming Aditya Chopra-production will also have a train sequence. As a matter of fact, the actor apparently finished shooting for the action sequence at a suburban studio last week.

An insider from the production house reveals, "The set for the scene consisted of three train wagons that were recreated in the studio. One of the wagons was only half made so that the interiors could be shot with ease."

Incidentally, the shoot for this film — that is being directed by Maneesh Sharma — was supposed to start earlier this year. But because Shah Rukh injured himself on the sets of director Farah Khan’s upcoming film (a glass door had collapsed on the actor, causing injuries to his arm and head), both the shoots had to be rescheduled.
