Shahid Kapoor to teach acting?

Shahid Kapoor was praised for his performances in films such as Kaminey (2009), Haider (2014) and Udta Punjab. Now, we have come to know that the actor has received requests from several institutes to conduct acting classes.

“The college authorities want Shahid to deliver a few lectures on acting for young students, who wish to enter Bollywood,” says a source, adding, “Having seen Shahid’s acting abilities, the college authorities feel that he will be able to share his experiences with the students, and these classes will help them learn, and not make the same mistakes. They also want Shahid to share some tips or suggestions that the students can keep in mind.”

The actor’s spokesperson says, “Film institutes have reached out to Shahid to share his journey and experiences of playing such diverse roles. These lectures will be a great reference for aspiring actors.” Shahid, too, is keen on sharing his views and stories. However, the actor has not decided if he will be able to find the time for these lectures.
