It’s time for star siblings to take centre stage in the film industry, and even before they make their grand debut as actors and directors, they are already making waves in Bollywood.

Shahid’s sister Sanah and brother Ishaan

Actor Shahid Kapoor’s sister Sanah will be making her debut in his upcoming film Shandaar that also stars Alia Bhatt. Buzz has it that she will play Alia’s sister. Meanwhile Shahid’s half brother Ishaan Khattar will be assisting filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey in his film, Udta Punjab. “Being an assistant is part of the training
process for any aspirant who wants to make it big in the film world,” says a source.

Nawazuddin’s brother Shamas

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s brother Shamas Siddiqui made his foray into showbiz with his directorial debut Miyan Kal Aanna that made it to the Cannes International Film Festival. He now has Bollywood dreams too. “Shamas is on the lookout for interesting projects in Bollywood,” says a source.

Sonam’s brother Harshvardhan

Actor Sonam Kapoor has often spoken about her brother Harshvardhan Kapoor’s (right below) dedication to his debut film Mirziya, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. “Harsh takes it to another level…he is crazy. I know he is very hardworking. He has studied acting and he is actually taking his acting career very seriously,” Sonam said earlier.

Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabel

Actor Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabel Kaif made her acting debut in Canadian director Jean-Francois Pouliot’s Dr Cabbie (2014). And now, she has plans to act in Bollywood and Katrina is all set to help her sister. “If she wants to get into Bollywood films then I am here. I will do everything I can to help her,” Katrina said.
