Shilpa Shetty Kundra will head to London, UK, at the end of May, for a vacation. But the Bollywood actor-businesswoman doesn’t just plan to unwind on her break. She plans to utilise her free time to learn more about fitness, by joining a three-week course on health, diet and nutrition at an institute in London.
After launching her yoga DVD a few years ago, and after co-authoring a book on health and fitness in 2015, Shilpa is currently working on her second book. Hence, she wants to increase her knowledge about the subject.
A source close to the actor says, “Shilpa has several ideas and concepts that she wants to explore in the health and fitness space. However, before she implements those plans, she wants to equip herself by learning more about the new workouts that are making waves around the world, superfoods, the science behind correct eating, and metabolism, etc.”
When contacted, Shilpa confirmed the news, and said, “So many people have reached out to me after reading my book, and have told me how it has changed their lives. Fitness has always been a passion for me, and there is so much more to learn [about that subject]. I am constantly seeking new opportunities to explore in the health and fitness space.”
