Bollywood celebs are no longer taking flak on social media, instead they are giving it back to haters.

Bollywood celebs are in no mood to take flak from haters on social media. When a user trolled filmmmaker Anurag Kashyap for calling the attack on filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Jaipur, an act of ‘Hindu terrorism’, Kashyap gave him a piece of his mind. “Black Friday tere baap ne banayi thi na. Kiraye Ke Deshbhakt (Your father made Black Friday? You rented out patriot),” he wrote on Twitter.

Another troll asked Kashyap to “stop sleeping” with filmmaker Karan Johar. This time, Johar wrote back, “Let me give you some better advice!! Start sleeping with someone!!! You frustrated F**k!!!!.”

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, too, protested against the attack on Bhansali by dropping his surname from Twitter for one day. One user asked him to change his “mother and father”. Not holding back, Sushant wrote, “Beta teri umar se zada mere pass films hain. Uski tension mat le tu. Chal ab so ja.” ( Son, I have done more films than your age. Don’t worry. Go to sleep).

In December last year, Twitterati abused actor Kareena Kapoor Khan and her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan for naming their son Tamiur. Kareena’s uncle Rishi Kapoor, shut the trolls with his angry tweet.

“You mind your fuckn business what my ancestors must be feeling. Apna kaam karo. Alexander and Sikandar were no saints. They are common names in the world. Apna kaam karo na tum. Tumko kya takleef hai? You mind your bloody business. Tumhare beta ka naam toh naheen rakha na? Who are you to comment? “ he wrote in a series of tweets.

Recently actor Ileana D Cruz was trolled and abused online, after the 30-year-old actor, had revealed that she had been a victim of harassment and eve teasing. After she was trolled for being horny, Ileana lashed out at the user and wrote, “ What kind of a moron are you,” on Twitter.

Filmmaker Pritish Nandy says this is what trolls deserve. “They are congenital idiots. They think they can get away with anything. When they can be unbearably offensive, then why should a star reply to their idiocy with wisdom or their abuse with decency?” he says.
