Sidharth Malhotra has sleepless nights over Ek Villain

Siddharth Malhotra says, "I have received positive reactions from everyone who has seen the film till now, but I am still nervous. It’s a big release for me. I have been having sleepless nights."

Since his Bollywood debut in 2012,

has managed to attract quite a fan following. And although he has played a romantic hero in his previous two films opposite Alia Bhatt and Parineeti Chopra, in his upcoming project, he will be seen in an action role.





Nervous about how the audience will react to his new on-screen avatar, the actor has apparently been having sleepless nights.

"Since the trailer launch, Sidharth has been very anxious about the response he will get. And even though he is physically tired after the long promotion schedules, he has been unable to get sound sleep at night," adds the source.



Ask Sidharth about this and he says, "I have received positive reactions from everyone who has seen the film till now, but I am still nervous. It’s a big release for me. I have been having sleepless nights."

Sidharth will be seen opposite Shraddha Kapoor in this project.
