Sonam Kapoor likes to pursue different types of workouts to stay fit. A source close to the actor says that she keeps switching to newer forms of exercise to avoid getting bored of a particular routine. Sonam has currently taken to aerial yoga.
“She is really fond of the exercise. Even though she was vacationing with her family in Austria recently, she would take time out to do aerial yoga,” says the source, adding that the Bollywood actor enjoys the workout. “She likes it because it increases flexibility and also works the body enough to sweat major calories,” says the source.
Apparently, the actor wants to continue doing aerial yoga in Mumbai as well. “She wants to do it under the guidance of a professional yoga instructor. She has asked her team to suggest the best place to do aerial yoga in the city,” adds the source.
