This is how Sultan dominated PK, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Dhoom 3 day by day

If you ever had any doubt about who rules Bollywood, here’s the verdict: It’s Salman ‘Sultan’ Khan. Since the release of his newest blockbuster, Bhai has bulldozed his way to box office glory, an unprecedented feat considering even a Shah Rukh or Aamir Khan film never generated such hysteria on the ticket windows. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Sultan has already crossed the Rs 180 cr mark and is heading to gross Rs 200 crore on its 6th day.
Despite a 5-day weekend + reduction in ticket rates by major multiplex chains on weekdays, #Sultan maintained an IRON GRIP on Mon. AWESOME!— taran adarsh (@taran_adarsh) July 12, 2016
#Sultan ROARS... Creates HAVOC... Wed 36.54 cr, Thu 37.32 cr, Fri 31.67 cr, Sat 36.62 cr, Sun 38.21 cr. Total: ₹ 180.36 cr. India biz. 👍👍👍— taran adarsh (@taran_adarsh) July 11, 2016

Salman Kahn’s 2015 release Bajrangi Bhaijaan also did phenomenal business at the ticket windows, and at one point looked all set to break PK’s all- time collection record. It fell short, but only marginally.
Aamir’s Dhoom 3 also started big, but fizzled out eventually. Though it became a monstrous hit in the process.
Sultan, however, looks unstoppable for now. If this trend continues it could well be the biggest hit Bollywood has ever seen.
