Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi, while promoting his upcoming horror film Raaz Reboot, said that he feels director Vikram Bhatt has monopolized the horror genre.
Reasoning his statement, the 37-year-actor said, “He has kind of monopolized the space as not many directors in our country tend to take up movies of this genre. Because I am personally very fond of horror flicks so working with him has been an enriching experience for me. During the shooting of Raaz 3 I got a chance to learn the knack of shooting scary scenes and filming 3D shots.”

The Gangster actor also revealed that initially after completing the third outing of Raaz franchise, he told the director that he has no plans of taking up the fourth one. “I refused my part in the next part long back. I told vikram that I believe we won’t be able to do anything better than Raaz 3, while we were having its success party. But when he narrated this story to me a year back I was immediately impressed and realised it would be an awesome experience for horror lovers and something that they have never witnessed before,” said Emraan.
