After popular songs like Sadda Haq (rock) and Kun Faaya Kun (sufi), now enjoy a romantic song- Tum Ho from Rockstar. It features Ranbir Kapoor strumming guitar and singing for Nargis Fakhri.

Mohit Chauhan has done full justice to this love song. AR Rahman seems like a perfect choice for music score of Rockstar.

Rockstar concert
The film's producer and music label have come to an agreement to do concerts in Delhi and London, in early November, along with the cast and crew of the film. "The buzz around the music is so big that we don't need any formal music launch. We wanted to do something different, so we thought of this new idea," says Bhushan Kumar of T-Series.

Ranbir's character inspiration
Director Imitiaz Ali and Ranbir Kapoor are quite kicked about the latter’s character, Janardan’s transition to Jordan in Rockstar. Jordan is loosely based on Imtiaz’s Jat friend, who lived in a small settlement in Pritampura.

Ranbir on kissing

Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor has locked lips with his co-stars on screen and says that shooting kissing scenes is like doing an action sequence. "It's too mechanical. For me, a kissing scene is just like an action sequence. Normally, I finish off the kissing scene in a single take," said the actor.

Rockstar marks Nargis Fakhri's debut who's an American model of half Pakistani-half Czech origin. Ranbir-Nargis will be seen getting intimate and sharing a kiss in the film.

This is also late legendary actor Shammi Kapoor's last film. He'll be seen in a jugalbandi sequence with his grandnephew Ranbir. Ranbir will strum a guitar while Shammi will play a shehnai.

The film is being directed by Imtiaz Ali.

It is scheduled for a November 11 release (11.11.11) which is considered to be a lucky date.
