Days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged everyone to dedicate their Diwali to soldiers, Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter to pay respect to the Indian army, in his own style. The superstar shared a video where he wished everyone a happy Diwali and recited a beautiful poem for the Indian soldiers.
Urging everyone to have a safe Diwali, without crackers and smoke, Shah Rukh also extended his Diwali greetings to all his fans.

Earlier, Bollywood actors Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar had shared messages for soldiers last week: While Akshay recorded a video message for the soldiers, both Salman and Aamir Khan shared the PM’s video with their wishes for the Indian army.
“This Diwali, let us remember our courageous armed forces who constantly protect our Nation. Jai Hind. I sent my #Sandesh2Soldiers. You could also do the same. Your wishes will certainly make our forces very happy,” Modi had written in his Facebook post.
