The death of international stunt artist, Bibi, has left the cast and crew of upcoming film Don 2 in a state of shock. The stunt artist from Berlin, who plays actor Priyanka Chopra’s body double in filmmaker Farhan Akhtar’s sequel of the 2006 SRK-starrer Don, passed away under “unknown circumstances” on Monday.

“It is shocking and sad for the entire team. Bibi was such a lovely lady. It is tough to believe that she is no more. Though I don’t know the exact reason, as far as I have figured it out, an accident during her recent mountain trip caused her death. She worked on the most difficult stunts effortlessly and with a smile. She loved the fact that she was working on a Bollywood film,” said Akhtar, 37, who was in town on Tuesday to promote his film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. It is not only Farhan who is in shock. Actor Shah Rukh Khan, who has in the past filmed a few scenes with Bibi, and actor Priyanka Chopra, among others, also expressed grief and shock on Twitter.

Who was bibi? Stunt specialist Bibi hailed from Berlin, where major portions of Don 2 have been shot. Bibi reportedly did a dangerous car chase sequence for the Shah Rukh-Priyanka Chopra starrer, which has turned out to be one of most remarkable scenes in the action flick.
