There is way too much hierarchy in t he industry as it is in the society. There should be fair contracts; we need to pay people on time

The Parched actor says where payments and contracts are concerned, we must strive for better and timely pay as well. “There is way too much hierarchy in t he industry as it is in society. What I’d like the industry to do is to have fair contracts and we need to pay people on time. We also need to respect people’s time and money. I think these are very important things as any profession goes. It will be good if that changes,” she says.

Radhika adds, “As a woman, you need to fight for your rights and equality of all kinds. You have to also treat other people with equality too. You need to do that everyday and not just on Women’s Day. I am a woman and I have to live every day, what is just one day of fighting going to do?”
