Author Dan Brown has finished writing his book

, which will be his first release since the author shot to international fame with his bestseller,
The Da Vinci Code
The was revealed by director Ron Howard who turned Brown's book into the 2006 box office hit, The Da Vinci Code, during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, reported New York Daily News.
The film starred Tom Hanks and Audrey Tatou in the lead roles, as symbologists trying to solve a murder mystery, while unveiling the hidden truths about Christianity.
Brown's book became a fixture on all the best seller lists across the world having sold more than 80 million copies and translated into 48 languages.
The upcoming book is proof of the author's standing fascination for cults and occult practices, as it delves into the mysterious world of the Freemasons.
Howard is currently working on the film Angels and Demons, based on Brown's first book of the same name starring Tom Hanks.
