Extracts from Tony Blair's memoir
are set to be posted online, according to an announcement made in
. The excerpts will be the first to be made available in advance of the book's September 1 UK publication.
will cover Blair's experiences while serving ten years as British prime minister. Blair's UK publisher Cornerstone plans to post excerpts on
, a website devoted to the book, just ahead of publication the following morning.

, the site's current most successful politican memoir, which was released in July.
Blair is making an international tour to promote A Journey, which is due out in the UK on September 1 and in the US a day later. E-book and audio versions will be sold alongside the hardcover edition.
