Teen superstar Justin Bieber is set to publish an illustrated memoir in October, according to an August 2 press release from publisher HarperCollins.

Born in Ontario, Canada, Justin Bieber rose to fame after posting his renditions of hip-hop and R&B songs on YouTube, ultimately earning 50 million views. His debut album My World was a top seller in the US, UK, and Canada, making him the youngest male solo artist since 1963 to earn a number one album on the US Billboard 200 chart. My World 2.0 was a top-ten album in more than 20 countries, hitting number one in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Spain, and Brazil, among others.
Bieber's video for
, from My World 2.0, is currently among the most-watched music videos on YouTube with more than 250 million views.
"My fans have played such a large part in all of this and they help me live my dreams every day," said Bieber in a statement. "I'm excited to share just a little bit more of my world with them through this book. Between the behind-the-scenes pictures and the story I think this is going to be something they can all enjoy."
First Step 2 Forever will be published in October in both the US ($21.99) and UK (£16.99).
