The stories narrate various issues faced by people- be it domestic violence or infertility. One of the stories The Message Trail is about a psycho killer, which is frightening yet ironically comforting. Another one titled Toy Stories talks about black magic and how people at times even harm their close ones for greed.

Some stories give a heavy dose of fantasy towards the end. From dragonflies being the harbingers of rain to paranormal activities being experienced in urban cities, the tales usually seek the readers’ interest. These make the book a package of surprises, leaving a long-lasting impression.
