Hitchens, the author and polemicist who died in December after an 18-month battle with cancer, would have turned 63 on April 13.
The Hitchens books are "The Missionary Position: Mother Theresa in Theory and Practice," "No One Left to Lie to: The Triangulations of William Jefferson Clinton," and "The Trial of Henry Kissinger."
