The #BrunchBookChallenge is a Hindustan Times Brunch initiative to promote reading. The idea is to read at least 24 books in 2014. But you must tweet about your progress (tagging @HTBrunch using the hashtag #BrunchBookChallenge).
The idea is to read 24 books in 2014 – that’s two books a month, easily achievable if you read for about 15 minutes every day or a few hours every weekend.
Are you reading as much as you’d like? Even if you read for 15 minutes before bedtime, or a couple of hours every weekend, or every time you’re in the metro or local, you can easily read two books a month. So how about aiming for 24 books this year?
If you started when we did, you should have finished reading your first book of the year. Most people are already on their second and third (many are on fourths and fifths, some on sevenths and eighths...)
Here’s a bigger challenge for those who are already a part of The Brunch Book Challenge: convert someone new. We all know too many people who don’t read, get one of them to start reading and join the challenge!
