How Indians took to Asian food beyond Manchurian...

This restaurant has taken authentic Asian cuisine to the masses in India

Years ago when Indian Chinese looked like it would take over the entire restaurant scene all over the country, I wondered if genuine Asian flavours would ever get a chance outside of deluxe hotels.
