Kajol is pretty angry at the recent gangrape of a Mumbai photojournalist and feels that rape is no less heinous than murder.

“To begin with, people need to be made afraid of committing such a heinous crime. They need to realise that by committing such a crime, they are not only ruining the life of that girl but her entire family. For me, a rape should be equated, if not considered worse, than murder. We can’t change the mindset overnight but we need to have a fear of the law in the minds of criminals,” says the 39-year-old actor.

Kajol has recently been in news thanks to reports that she is going to make a comeback in films with her husband Ajay Devgn’s next production. While confirming the news, she says that it is too early for details. “I have approved a script but it is too premature to talk anything about it at this stage.”

Ask this mother of two (Daughter Nysa, 10 and son Yug, 3) if she doesn’t miss being in constant limelight and pat comes the reply, “Thankfully I have a full life with two kids, my husband, my house and a production company to take care of.

And I am very happy and content with it. Motherhood is a 24x7 job where you cannot even have a day off. Honestly, if I take up any project, it has to justify my being away from my family, It has to interest me to the core. All this while, there hasn’t been anything that interested me and that I really liked, even though I got many offers,” says Kajol, who was last seen in We Are Family in 2010.
