The unmistakable regularity of Sonakshi's many avatars

Spot the difference: yes, try doing it. The Dabangg actor who has been the toast of the crowd ever since her debut, looks exactly the same in every film.

If there is one thing Sonakshi Sinha has, it is consistency. She looks exactly the same in every film.

Making her debut in Dabangg opposite Salman Khan, Sonakshi got a head start in Bollywood. Nine movies and three special appearances later, we're still amazed by how her stock of bindis and saris remain intact through all her movies.

And her expressions and body language in each of these films was chosen from a fixed set (last we counted, they were fewer than 10). There's the pout, the wink, the biting of the lip, the 'scorned woman' eyes, the thumka, the chest thrust, the girl-next-door laugh, the side pose for looking thin... yeah, that's all.

And funnily enough, she is jobless in ALL her films. She's never a doctor or a teacher or you know, gainfully employed in some way. Her area of expertise is restricted to getting wooed by the hero (always the alpha male).

At the time of going to press, we had not watched her latest (with Akshay Kumar) Holiday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty, but here's hoping we see a new side of Sonakshi (the left side)!

Until then, we've taken screenshots from Dabangg 2, Rowdy Rathore, Son of Sardaar and R... Rajkumar. Try to tell them apart.
