Yummy | Pom Pom Tea

If you love tea, then this is one delicious recipe you cannot miss. A healthy infusion of pomegranates and grapefruit, tea couldn’t have tasted better.

INGREDIENTS: (Serving Portion 1)

Pomegranate 1/2

Grapefruit 1

Black Tea (strong) 60ml

Lime juice 10ml

Eucalyptus Sugar 3 tbsps

Eucalyptus sugar: Take 100 gm of castor sugar in a jar and add 5-6 fresh eucalyptus leaves ripped into halves and leave it for 48 hrs.


Muddle pomegranate seeds and squeeze out 1 grapefruit juice.

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake well. Serve in a glass over ice.

Garnish with grapefruit peel and pomegranate seeds.
