Supertech said discussions are still ongoing with the Armani team to finalise rates for the Armani-designed residences. "The price of such apartments could be 75-100% higher than other homes in the Supernova project," Arora indicated.

The flats without designer tags in the Supernova project launched in 2011 at Sector 94, Noida, are being sold at Rs. 15,000 per square foot. The project is expected to be completed by 2016.
