Tata global bev net up 25%

Riding on the back of improved sales for its tea and coffee business, Tata Global Beverages on Thursday reported a 25% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs. 80 crore for the quarter ended December. Total income surged 6% to Rs. 1,9328 crore.

“The growth in operating profits is led by an unrelenting focus on margins, costs, innovation and execution,” said Harish Bhat, MD, Tata Global Beverages.
