The Asian Development Bank on Friday warned of an impending asset bubble burst in view of enormous liquidity pumped in by the Global Central Banks though it said it would lead to a revival of the growth process in these nations.

ADB managing director Rajat Nag said that there has been phenomenal monetary policy losening in many parts of the world.

Just last month, Japan Central Bank pumped in 1.4 trillion dollars into the economy as a kind of monetary policy shock to get over its more than 2 decades stagnation.

The US Federal Reserve and the Bank of England had also loosened their monetary policy to get over the recession.
