IBM Daksh has been adjudged the '2007 Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year in Asia Pacific' for the second successive year by Frost & Sullivan, a global business research and consulting firm.

IBM Daksh was selected to receive this award based on its strong growth in revenues in Asia Pacific, robust R & D efforts and ability to offer end-to-end service offerings including Business Transformation Outsourcing, hosted applications and IT services, it said.
Moreover, IBM Daksh has continued to lead the 'contact centre market' for the second year in a row.
"IBM Daksh has shown exceptional growth and sustained innovation in its services over the course of the last year," Shivanu Shukla, Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan said.
