The Indian Drug Manufturer’s Association (IDMA) and China pharmaceutical industry association (CPIA) signed memorandum to enhance pharmaceutical trade between the two countries and to provide access to Indian companies in the Chinese market.

“Due to lack of information about Chinese pharmaceutical market, non-tariff barriers and some other procedural issues, Indian pharmaceutical companies do not have limited access to the Chinese market,” said NR Munjal, president, IDMA.
