Jubilant FoodWorks net zooms 40%
Food Services company Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd that operates Domino’s pizza chain and Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in India posted a robust 40% year-on-year jump in its net profit for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal. The net profit stood at R32.4 crore as compared to R23.2 crore during the same period a year ago.
Food Services company Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd that operates Domino’s pizza chain and Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in India posted a robust 40% year-on-year jump in its net profit for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal. The net profit stood at Rs. 32.4 crore as compared to Rs. 23.2 crore during the same period a year ago.
Total income stood at Rs. 314.5 crore, a 45% growth.
“We have made a positive start to the financial year and we remain disciplined in building our brands holistically,” said Shyam S Bhartia, chairman and Hari S Bhartia, co-chairman, Jubilant FoodWorks. “We are consistently increasing our presence across the country and today have a network of 489 Domino’s Pizza stores in India. During the quarter we have also initiated our operations for Dunkin’ Donuts and have till date successfully inaugurated three restaurants and are pleased with the tremendous response we have received from our customers.”
