Lower pricepoint prepaid scheme launched

Bharti Airtel, one of the leading telecom services providers introduced its popular Lifetime Prepaid at a lower price point at Rs.99 only.

Bharti Airtel, one of the leading telecom services providers, on Tuesday introduced its popular Lifetime Prepaid at a lower price point at Rs.99 only.

This was a significant initiative that further reinforced Airtel's commitment to make mobile more affordable and provide greater value to Airtel prepaid customers,a company release said in Coimbatore.

The lower pricepoint of Rs.99 would enable a large number of uninitiated rural consumers to go mobile and enhance their lives, Sanjay Gupta, Chief Marketing Officer, Mobile Services, Bharti Airtel, said in the release.

Under the scheme, the customer can stay mobile by paying just Rs.99 and recharging with a minimum of rs.200 every 180 days to continue enjoying lifetime validity benefits, he said.
