Bhat said Titan watches are already popular in Pakistan and Pakistanis have been buying them from Dubai. As many Indian TV channels can be viewed in Pakistan, Titan's advertisements have also reached the country, he said.

Over the next few months, Titan will also start selling its watches in Thailand. Indonesia is another market that Titan would like to enter, Bhat was quoted as saying by CNBC channel.

Bhat also has plans to sell its jewellery in the US. Outlets of around 2,000 sq ft each are being created in New Jersey and Chicago. The jewellery sold in the US will be aimed to cater to American tastes and not necessarily ethnic Indian.
