Thieves take away equipment worth 1 cr from EV charging stations in Sec 42

The theft occurred at Palm Garden near the new lake in Sector 42 a few days ago. The FIR was registered on Monday under Section 379 (theft) of the Indian Penal Code after a complaint was received from the UT forests department.

Mohali incident: Bizman, doc attacked with swords after squabble with Nihangs

Complainant Harinder Singh, 36, who runs a private manpower company in Mohali, and Dr Sukhdeep Singh Brar, 33, who runs a private clinic in the city, received multiple injuries. The attack was so brutal that Harinder got 11 stitches, including eight on the head and three near the right eye.
