10 DROs, 39 tehsildars transferred

The Punjab government on Friday issued transfer/posting orders of 10 district revenue officers (DROs) and 39 tehsildars with immediate effect.


The 10 DROs with new place of postings included Rohit Gupta (Amritsar), Mukesh Kumar (Mohali), Jiwan Jagjot (Ludhiana), Daljit Singh Chhina (Fatehgarh Sahib), Sanjeev Kumar (deputy director, land records, in addition principal of State Patwar School, Jalandhar), Sukhjinder Singh Dhillon (Ferozepur), Ram Singh (Moga), Arvind Kumar (Hoshiarpur), Atam Singh (Ropar) and Varinder Kumar (Jalandhar).

The reshuffled tehsildars included Sushil Kumar Sharma (Sunam), Kuldeep Singh Dhillon (Zira), Manjeet Singh (Patran), Gagandeep Singh (Kharar), Harsimran Singh (Ludhiana-east), Hari Lal Nafri (Patiala), Kanwar Narinder Singh (Malerkotla), Vipin Bhandari (Amloh), Paramjeet Singh Sahota (Samrala), Jiwan Kumar Garg (Nabha), Joginder Singh (Samana), Rakesh Pal Minhas (Kapurthala), Surinder Pal Singh (Tarn Taran), Parmanand (Patti), Jait Kumar (Jalandhar-2), Amanpal Singh (Moonak), Harsharanjit Singh (Bathinda), Kuldeep Singh (Ferozepur), Jarnail Singh (Dharamkot), Sukhraj Singh Dhillon (Kotkapura), Darshan Singh (Dhuri), Gurmail Singh (Sardulgarh), Pushpinder Kaur (Rampura Phul), Manjit Singh Bhandari (Talwandi Sabo), Avtar Singh Makkar (Sangrur), Darshan Singh (Abohar), Hukam Chand Deepak (Malout), Narinder Singh Saini (Faridkot), Rakesh Kumar Jain (Amritsar-2), Gursewak Singh (Gidderbaha), Inderdev Singh (Nihal Singh Wala), Harminder Singh (Barnala), Seema Singh (Jalandhar-1), Amardeep Singh Thind (Anandpur Sahib), Surinder Singh (Jalalabad), Gurjeet Singh (Dasuya), Harphul Singh (Nangal), Subhash Chander Bhardwaj (Dharkalan) and Jaswant Rai (Khamano).

The posting order of tehsildar Harbans Singh would be issued later, a spokesman said.
