2 IPS officers among 23 transferred in Punjab
The Punjab government on Saturday transferred 23 Punjab police officers, including two IPS officers, with immediate effect. According to a spokesman, Naveen Singla has been posted as additional deputy commissioner of police (headquarters) at Jalandhar, while Nilambari Jagadale will be new AIG (provisioning) at Punjab Police headquarters, Chandigarh.
