500 trees to be planted at PGIMER drive

A plantation drive will begin at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) under the chairmanship of director Yogesh Chawla, here on Friday. The drive aims at planting 500 trees. Environmentalist Satish Narula will be present at the occasion, while anesthesia additional professor Babita Ghai will supervise the campaign.

Medicinal and fruits' saplings will be planted in and around the new outpatient department (OPD) complex and cover the entire PGIMER campus and community centre, Sector 24.
