The police on Friday discovered the body of an 82-year-old man in Raipur Rani. He has been identified as Changve Mangli, a resident of Baghwali village.
According to the police, they received a call in the morning about the discovery of a body in the forest area of Raipur Rani. The police shifted the body to the mortuary of General Hospital, Sector 6, Panchkula. As a missing person complaint had already been filed by the family two days back, the police called them for identification.
After they identified the body, they told the police that he had ventured into the forest to urinate but did not return. The police have ruled out any foul play.
