Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is no threat to the Punjab Congress in the 2017 Vidhan Sabha elections. All four AAP members of Parliament from Punjab have been the biggest non-performers. Indian Youth Congress president Raja Amrinder Warring stated this at a function in SAS Nagar on Friday.

He had come to city to meet those contesting from Congress for the upcoming civic polls. He said he was confident of Congress sweeping civic polls. He was accompanied by local member of legislative assembly (MLA) Balbir Singh Sidhu.
Warring said that AAP is going to face a major revolt in the coming six months in Delhi also because they will not be able to deliver what they had promised the people of Delhi.

Lambasting the ruling SAD BJP combine in the state of Punjab, Warring said they had been patronising the drug nexus for the past eight years.
