Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Amarinder Singh has urged Election Commission (EC) to declare Moga assembly constituency as sensitive and put all polling booths under the guard of para military forces.

He was talking to mediapersons at Jhandewla village soon after addressing the election meeting in support of Congress candidate Vijay Kumar Sathi last evening.

The PCC chief also made an appeal to the EC to deploy more para military forces in Moga town so that the electorate could exercise their franchise without any fear and
election could be held in a smooth and fair manner.

The district administration on the other hand declared 47 polling booths as sensitive and 27 as hyper-sensitive.
