A day after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) suffered a setback in the Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh bypolls, party leader Ram Lal, who is national general secretary (organisation), called a meeting of 43 candidates whose names have been announced for the coming assembly polls to brainstorm the party prospects.

Besides Ram Lal, Haryana poll in-charge Kailash Vijayvargiya, a minister from Madhya Pradesh, and party co-incharge Anil Jain have also reached Rohtak to address the party nominees at a private place.

Talking to mediapersons, Ram Lal claimed that the saffron party would form next government in Haryana and rising graph of the party in the state is the testimony to the fact.

Lashing out at party’s former ally Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) and the ruling Congress, he said time has come to end the menace of ‘Green Brigade’ and ‘Gulabi Gang’ by rooting them out from electoral scene of the state. He assured the party candidates that prime minister Narendra Modi would hold rallies for them for improving their winning chances.
