The BJP on Thursday said, it will take a final call on the stalemate over government formation in Jharkhand after a meeting of senior party leaders and observers in Delhi on Friday.
"I had only a brief meeting with the party observers in Delhi yesterday as I was flying to Chandigarh. Tomorrow evening, when I will return to Delhi, I will be meeting them and other senior leaders," BJP President Nitin Gadkari told reporters in Chandigarh on Thursday.
A final call on the issue would be taken after that meeting, he said.
The JMM has been insisting on a rotational power sharing arrangement with the BJP in Jharkhand which plunged into a political crisis after the saffron party withdrew support to Shibu Soren government in the wake of the JMM leader voting in favour of the UPA during the cut motion in Parliament.
